How do I join?

Easy! Simply create a customer account at our online store and you are automatically enrolled in the rewards programme. Nothing else required.

How do I earn points?

For every €1 spent = 1 point. Simple as that!

On each product page, you'll see exactly how many points you'll earn before you even hit "Add to Cart".

Please note that Gift Cards, Sale items, Seasonal Lucky Charms and shipping costs are excluded from point collection.

Where can I see my points?

Once logged in to your account, your available points appear at the “Reward Points” section of your account’s dashboard.

How do I redeem my points?

Once you've collected enough points, you'll receive a discount coupon to use on your next purchase (excluding Gift Cards, Seasonal Lucky Charms and Sale items).

The redemption tiers are:

300 points: €20 discount coupon

600 points: €50 discount coupon

1000 points: €90 discount coupon

2000 points: €200 discount coupon

3000 points: €320 discount coupon

General Information

Points are personal — they cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

Each transaction allows for one (1) coupon only — coupons cannot be combined. The coupon is valid only for purchases exceeding the value of the discount.

In case the order is cancelled or returned, the respective points are deducted from the customer account.

Should your personal details change, please notify us in writing.

The company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the programme at any time.
